Skills/Experience required:
  • Educated to degree level in business or equivalent – Preferable
  • Previous tour operating experience – Preferable
  • Strong commercial awareness – Essential
  • Experience of negotiating on a B2B basis with long term suppliers – Essential
  • Excellent negotiation skills - Essential
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressurized deadlines - Essential
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload - Essential
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy - Essential
  • Able to demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills - Essential
  • Excellent spoken and written English and numeracy skills - Essential
  • Credible and able to communicate across the business - Essential
  • A love of travel and foreign cultures - Essential
  • Results and target orientated, with can do attitude - Essential
  • Be prepared to travel as necessary for site inspections and contracting - Essential
